The ACP OC Chapter welcomes all industry related vendors to interact with Chapter Members in a variety of ways that will benefit their organization, the Chapter, and our members.

- Vendor Highlight – at Monthly Chapter meetings
All Vendor Highlight contacts will be asked to provide an item for an opportunity drawing and given the following:
- Display table in the meeting room
- Mention in ACP OC Weekly eNews until meeting date
- Company information included in meeting promotional flyer
Sponsorship of the meeting lunch provides time on the meeting agenda to talk about the company and/or services according to the following schedule:

- Presenter at Chapter Meeting – As scheduled.
The presentation must be focused on business continuity education as opposed to a sales promotion and cannot contain disparaging remarks against competitors. The presentation is subject to Board approval.
