Alicia Stevens has been a recruiter for more than 15 years with the last 5 years specializing in the business continuity industry. Prior to BC Management, Alicia was the Technical Recruiter with Option One Mortgage, and previously she was a corporate recruiter with Pacific Life Insurance Company. Her career as a corporate recruiter began soon after graduating from National University in San Diego, CA. with a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science. As a recruiter, Alicia has placed professionals from business continuity administrators to senior executives in a variety of industries. She has represented clients across the United States as well as internationally. Alicia currently serves on the board for the Association of Contingency Planners of Orange County as the Membership Director. She is looking forward to assisting you with your career development and staffing needs.
What is the Membership Director responsible for?
The Membership Director exercises the following responsibilities:
- Develops new members and ensures these members receive the appropriate welcome and information on Chapter meetings and activities.
- Works with the Chapter Treasurer to make sure new and renewal member dues are recorded properly in chapter financial records.
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the President.
