Bill Wostenberg is the Business Continuity Manager for the Auto Club of Southern California. He has over 20 years of experience providing consulting, project management, and analytical support to finance, human resource, and health care organizations. Since 1999, Bill has been providing clients with business continuity planning and emergency management services. He has led several cross-functional teams of business and IT professionals in the planning and execution of operational exercises that resulted in the successful recovery of mission critical business systems and processes at designated recovery facilities.
Bill is a certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
What is the Information Director responsible for?
The Information Director exercises the following minimum responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains an email distribution list for the weekly eNews letter.
- Soliciting input, performing research, composing, editing and emailing weekly eNews to all on the email distribution list.
- Gives notice of all Chapter meetings as part of the content of the weekly eNews.
- Develops an on-going repository of reference information relating to contingency planning and business recovery and includes it in the weekly eNews. Provides this list quarterly (or at other intervals mutually agreed upon) to 1). the Web Director where it is posted on the ACP OC Web Site and 2). the Newsletter Director.
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the President.
