  • DRI International Certification Training.

Audience: The training employs a fast-paced curriculum designed for individuals with 1 year or more of experience in business continuity or disaster recovery planning. It is a compressed course which leads participants through the entire business continuity planning process. This is a perfect opportunity for those who want to expand their knowledge and prepare for the DRI Certification Exam, and are not able to attend a conference or have travel constraints.
Duration: The training will be presented over two consecutive days.

Cost: $995 for the course (an additional 5% discount for ACP members).
The DRI International Certification Exam is a separate cost of $500 and will need be scheduled separately through DRII and proctored locally by Prometrics (no discount available on the exam).

    1. Community Disaster Education (CDE) Presentation
    The presentation provides community groups and individuals basics knowledge on how to prepare, respond and cope with a major disaster. Topics include how to mitigate work area, what to physically do in the event of an earthquake and other disasters, what kind of supplies to have on hand, etc. The presentation can be customized to fit your specific needs and can include home preparedness.     2. Community Ambassador Program
    Red Cross Community Ambassadors helps people prevent, prepared for and respond to emergencies by distributing Red Cross information at community events and fairs. We are seeking bilingual individuals to outreach to the Latino/Hispanic and Asian Pacific Islander communities.
